Hiring: Nightshift Environmental Specialist Company: Bechtel Corporation Location: Port Arthur, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 13:14:10 Employment Type: Full-time About the job Experience: •2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience •5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience Required Skills: •Assists execution of the environmental component of an ESH Program inclusive of technical and administrative aspects. •Assists development and implementation of Environmental Management Plans, associated environmental plans and procedures, and training program. •Provides input to Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Subcontracts, Commissioning, and other groups to assure that environmental requirements are integrated within project planning and execution. •Interprets environmental requirements and provides guidance on risk assessment and program execution. •Researches issues and regulatory requirements and prepares documentation and reports. •Supports environmental permitting, studies, risk assessments, and reviews involving site conditions, natural resources, cultural resources, and communities. •Participates in emergency response and incident investigation and resolution. •Participates in meetings with customers, team members, subcontractors, permitting agencies, and other stakeholders.
