Required Skills: •Overnight staff leadership : Lead and coach 3 staff by modeling interventions, answering questions, and guiding responses during escalated situations. •Client supervision : Provide overnight supervision and emotional support to adolescent girls (ages 12–17) in a high‑acuity residential setting. •Crisis intervention : Lead interventions during behavioral escalations, aggression, and critical safety incidents using consistent, trauma‑informed practices. •Staff development : Conduct 1:1 meetings with direct supports to reinforce expectations, strengthen skills, and address performance needs. •Campus safety : Monitor campus safety, conduct room checks, and maintain a secure environment throughout overnight hours. •Treatment alignment : Uphold treatment plans and collaborate with therapists, nurses, and day staff to ensure continuity of care. •Housekeeping tasks : Perform light cleaning and organization to maintain a safe, welcoming space for students and staff.
