Qualifications: •Strong background in software engineering, demonstrated through professional experience or education. •Applied hands-on capability in NICE Actimize Case Management (ActOne / RCM) development. •Proven experience in planning and executing ActOne platform upgrades. •Direct experience developing ActOne/RCM custom Java plug-ins. •Specialized experience in FinCEN regulatory filing implementations (SAR, CTR, STR). •Applied experience with NICE Actimize Sanctions screening modules and compliance rule configurations. •Proficiency in SQL and database query optimization across platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar. •Knowledge of 12-factor and cloud-native design principles on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or PCF.
