In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure successful product launches from design to market introduction. •Product Development Process (PDP) / New Product Introduction (NPI) •: Co-own the PDP Phase with NPD, including deliverables, gate reviews, and readiness documentation, ensure all functions follow processes and establish manufacturing readiness levels/tiers •: Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Tooling and Sourcing teams to execute launch plans, manufacturing readiness levels and launch tiers.
