That's why CCIS invests significantly in marketing and lead generation to provide our agents with a steady pipeline of inbound opportunities.  CCIS has done business with over 75,000+ licensed contractors, many of whom have been with the company for more than 10 years. •Base pay: $52,000 to $62,000 per year with potential total compensation at $76,000 to $98,000+ •Performance-based commission tied to production — strong performers earn significantly above base •ISC Owner Equity Plan after 1 year of vesting •This is a hybrid role with 1-day WFH but will start onsite Monday-Friday during a probationary training period. The remaining days will be on site in our Sacramento office, 9am-6pm PST. •Sales & Business Development •Respond to and manage inbound sales inquiries, referrals, and walk-in prospects.
