Required Skills: •This role is responsible for ensuring that controls and networking systems projects and changes are seamlessly integrated during the construction phase and maintain speed and schedule of the project. Qualifications: •Industrial Controls: Basic understanding of Networking Switches, Networking Diagrams, PLC, SCADA, HMI, BMS, and PMS architectures. •Networking Protocols: Strong understanding of industrial networking including TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, and Modbus RTU/TCP ideal. •Software Tools: Experience with Google workspace tools and other industrial construction management software •Proven experience in Technical Program Management (TPM) or Technical Project Coordination, including strong interpersonal skills. •Prior experience supporting similar hyperscale cloud infrastructure preferred. •Operational familiarity with controls/network engineering concepts and data center infrastructure preferred. •Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) and OT industrial networking preferred. •Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. •US: $150,000 - $165,000 (USD) + bonus programs + benefits. •RedCloud requires employees have the legal ability to work in the country hired during their employment period.
