Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology. •Proven experience as a Network Support Engineer or in a similar role. •Knowledge of network protocols, systems, and hardware. Basic proficiency in network configuration, IP address assignment, and basic network debugging. •Operational familiarity with Linux operating systems, including command-line interfaces, system administration, and network tools. •Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and address equipment issues effectively. •Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal. •Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.
