Routine tasks are accomplished with minimal supervision. •Assists in the installation, configuration and maintenance of network hardware and services including switches, routers and access points. •Troubleshoots network hardware and software problems. •Installs and upgrades network software/hardware. •Utilizes appropriate tools and systems to monitor network utilization. •Utilizes appropriate tools and systems to troubleshoot user devices in relation to their access to network related services. •Analyzes, detects and remediates connectivity and performance problems on HCDE network. Qualifications: •Technical Degree in Network Support •Three (3) years of network support experience •Or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. •Must maintain a valid state issued driver’s license. •Certifications in Microsoft and HP preferred. •Basic working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft infrastructure and networking technologies required. •Demonstrates sufficient manual dexterity to operate machinery, equipment, and tools.
