Required Skills: •Serve as the Network Services Lead, responsible for end-to-end delivery of enterprise network services, including planning, coordination with service providers, reporting, and governance. •Provide technical leadership and oversight across network operations, engineering, and maintenance activities for a large-scale enterprise environment consisting of thousands of network devices. •Balance workload distribution across the network team, including incident response, break/fix activities, new installations, and special projects to ensure operational efficiency. •Oversee operations and maintenance of LAN, WAN, wireless, and external connectivity environments supporting voice, video (VTC), and data across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures. •Ensure adherence to configuration management standards and change control processes to minimize service disruptions and maintain environment integrity. •Coordinate monitoring, performance management, and incident response activities to meet or exceed service level targets, including a 99.5% uptime requirement. •Support resolution of high-severity incidents, including network-related S1/S2 events, ensuring rapid restoration of services and coordination with cross-functional teams. •Ensure network security integration and compliance with enterprise and federal requirements across routers, switches, firewalls, IDS/IPS, load balancers, and wireless systems.
