Required Skills: •Network & Infrastructure Systems Management (85%) of position responsibility •Maintain, monitor, and optimize enterprise compute, virtualization (Hyper-V), SAN storage, and networking hardware (switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi) to maximize uptime. •Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy, and hybrid identity/directory structures. •Enforce robust network security practices in alignment with PCI-DSS and internal cybersecurity standards. •Manage data backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery solutions (BUDR) to safeguard corporate assets. •Administer firewalls, VPNs, routing, DNS/DHCP, and LAN/WAN/SD-WAN configurations. •Perform proactive patch management, firmware upgrades, and capacity planning across core server and storage hardware. •Monitor system health, performance metrics, and service availability using modern enterprise monitoring tools. Qualifications: •Virtualization & Storage: Strong experience managing Hyper-V High Availability clusters and SAN storage hardware (Dell PowerStore or similar). •Networking & Security: Advanced knowledge of firewalls (Palo Alto, Sophos, or Cisco), VPNs, VLANs, switching, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and network security enforcement. •Microsoft Ecosystem: Proficiency with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory/Entra ID, Group Policy, Microsoft 365 administration, and PowerShell scripting. •Cloud & Backup: Experience managing cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and enterprise backup solutions (Unitrends, Veeam, or equivalent). •Certifications (Preferred): Network+, Security+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar technical certifications.
