All personnel will work an 8-hour workday. •Provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support for Voice over Internet Protocol Systems (VoIP)/Voice over Secure Internet Protocol Systems (VoSIP) technology in coordination with DISA and NETCOM. •Provide expert technical support for VoIP networks, system upgrades, and end user instrument configuration. •Provide O&M support for new, existing, and future VoIP (secure and non-secure) technology. •Provide expert technical support for existing and growing VoIP networks, System upgrades, and equipment purchases. •Use NetOps capabilities to execute VoIP/VoSIP responsibilities and functions. •Manage and maintain the Call Managers, Gatekeepers and Gateway equipment, if applicable, on all networks. •Monitor and identify capacity, quality and performance issues for VoIP traffic to ensure continued, uninterrupted operation of telephony systems.
