You will provide technical hardware, software, and connectivity problem resolutions to our branch/office location, remote sites, and data centers. •Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, NAC). •Troubleshoots and resolves router, server, telephony, and network LAN/WAN issues. •Perform system upgrades and patching of network appliances when appropriate. •Monitor network resources, maintain network availability and reliability utilizing network performance tools (e.g., PRTG, Gigamon, Riverbed) •Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure. •Assist in the implementation of security tools, policies, and procedures in collaboration with the Rockland Trust’s information security team. •Work on escalated Helpdesk Tickets.
