Hiring: Network Engineer Company: Futran Solutions Location: New York, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 21:32:09 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : User Experience About the job Experience: •· Strong hands on experience with enterprise WLAN technologies (Cisco, Aruba). •O RF fundamentals (channel planning, power, interference mitigation etc.) •O 802.11 standards including Wi Fi 5/6/6E/7 o WLAN authentication (EAP methods, RADIUS, role based access) •O Enterprise controllers, cloud managed Wi Fi platforms and policy engines o Proficiency with wireless survey tools (Ekahau, Hamina etc.) •· Ability to interpret network analytics, performance data and incident trends. Required Skills: •· Design, deploy and optimise enterprise wireless LAN solutions across office and industrial environments. •· Conduct wireless surveys (predictive & on site), RF analysis and coverage optimisation. •· Lead troubleshooting for complex Wi Fi issues, including authentication, interference and performance degradation. •· Create and update Low Level Designs (LLDs) for Wi Fi, NAC and related network services. •· Produce accurate Bill of Materials (BoM) for new deployments, refresh programmes and upgrade initiatives. •· Support Wi Fi lifecycle management including hardware upgrades, software updates and capacity planning. •· Work with stakeholders across IT, operations and platform teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions. •· Contribute to standards, best practices, design documentation and knowledge sharing within the network engineering chapter.
