Required Skills: •Assist the Network Lead and other IT personnel with the end-to-end design, implementation, and support of mission-critical LAN/WAN networks and systems. •Develop and maintain network system configurations and service standards to ensure optimal network health. •Document, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network and system issues to reduce latency and improve performance. •Create and maintain detailed network diagrams and technical documentation using Microsoft Visio. •Test and evaluate network systems and services to proactively identify problems and implement improvements. •Assist with the configuration, implementation, and utilization of NetScout, Wireshark, SolarWinds, and other advanced monitoring tools. •Provide persistent network monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting to support ongoing mission requirements. •Required Knowledge, Skills And Experiences Qualifications: •CCNA or CCNP preferred, or equivalent certification (Juniper, Brocade, or Palo Alto).
