Jumpstart your career through hands-on, impactful work, comprehensive training and development, and exposure to executive leadership, paving the way for a robust career at Citizens. •This program has a Start Date of June 28, 2027, and will be based out of one of our headquarters in Johnston, RI, Phoenix, AZ, or Plano, TX •Through Hands-on Experience In This Role, You Will •Build experience in maintaining and supporting widely available, secure connectivity solutions across the enterprise. •Develop expertise in identifying and documenting network performance trends and patterns while monitoring network diagnostics and health. •Strengthen collaboration and technical delivery skills through partnering with network engineers, architects, cybersecurity partners, cloud teams, infrastructure teams, application teams, vendors, and operations teams to plan and execute work. •Advance your knowledge of network security technologies through the review and optimization of firewalls, proxy gateways, and other network security components. Qualifications: •Successfully complete a video interview assessment within 4 days of receiving the link. If not completed within the timeframe, your application will be automatically withdrawn from consideration. •Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Information Technology or other technology-related degree. •Expected graduation date of May 2027 •Demonstrated ability to operate in a team environment, strong interpersonal and communication skills. •Professional or academic exposure to enterprise networking, cloud networking, cybersecurity, infrastructure engineering, or related technology disciplines. •Demonstrated curiosity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a desire to learn new technologies and develop expertise across multiple networking, infrastructure, and security domains. •The position offers $80,000 per year as a starting rate. •Find out more information about the Enterprise Technology & Security Early Career Programs •Please note that permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
