Required Skills: •Network Design & Engineering: Design, install, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure with minimal supervision. Manage daily operational tasks and ongoing upgrade projects for routers, switches, and network management tools. •Operations & Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day operational support, including network debugging, diagnosing data troubles, opening trouble tickets, and resolving customer support cases through Tier 3 support. •Network Modernization: Participate in the design and integration of new networks into the existing architecture, leveraging the latest networking technologies. •Compliance & Documentation: Assist in securing network systems to meet all applicable DoD, AF, and DISA compliance standards. Maintain classified and unclassified network topology maps (e.g., Visio) and ensure detailed record-keeping for military processes. •Maintenance & Support: Participate in system maintenance, optimization, and performance activities. Support emergency operations on a 24/7 as-needed basis and remain flexible for weekend work as required.
