Hiring: Network/Customer Support Company: DLA Careers Location: Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:39:50 About the job Required Skills: •Acts as liaison and provides technical guidance, analysis, advice, and assistance on the DLA network environment and networks in general. •Serves as IT Project managers for DLA Enterprise projects to include acting as technical advisor, analyzing customer requirements, evaluates, monitors, and ensures compliance with federal laws and regulations. •Develops project plans, to include budgeting, coordinating project teams, tracks progress of projects and reports progress to DLA management, and conducts In-Process Reviews (IPR’s). •Plans, schedules, and participates in network hardware/software testing, deployments, implementations, and service allocations as liaison. •Develops, modifies, and conducts tests, analyzes the results, and makes recommendations on solutions and improvements based on the results of those tests. •Coordinates efforts in isolating, analyzing, identifying, and resolving network operations problems requiring level I support. •Participates in research and investigations into technological developments supporting secure network management.
