Human-Delivered.&trade Required Skills: •Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, internet and intranet systems. •Install, configure, manage and maintain network infrastructure devices and all related hardware and software. •Identify network needs and capabilities from an end-user perspective. •Monitor the network to maintain integrity and operability. •Deploy and troubleshoot small- to medium-scale network deployments, escalating large-scale issues appropriately. •Conduct tests to confirm the proper working condition of developed and purchased network systems. •Monitor network performance and perform intermediary restoration and recovery actions. •Support operations, configuration and maintenance of voice, video and data transport and the associated hardware. Qualifications: •U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance. •Working technical knowledge of network infrastructure, including local and wide area networks, wireless networking, routers, switches, load balancers, WAN optimizers and cabling standards. •Solid troubleshooting ability to isolate faulty components or configurations so service is restored quickly. •CompTIA Network+ and/or CCNA certification •Intermediate diagnostic, problem-solving and analytical skills. •Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail. •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, preferred. •On-site in Omaha, NE.
