Hiring: Network Administrator Company: Davenport Community Schools Location: Davenport, IA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:16:08 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : DNS About the job Required Skills: •This position reports to the Director (Information Technology), and works with other team members including Network Administrators, Service Delivery Manager, IT Technicians, as well as external vendors and/or service providers •Lead and oversee deep understanding of network security protocols, configurations and data flow necessary to ensure confidentiality of staff and student information to uphold FERPA, COPPA, and CIPA compliance •Manage/support network systems including, but not limited to: Microsoft 365, Microsoft policies, Microsoft Intune, network user accounts, SPAM filter, firewall, web content filter, file server user access, DHCP, DNS, routers, switches, wireless systems, Bomgar remote access, IP phone system •Manage and maintain virtual and physical servers •Support multiple domains (Google Administration, Active Directory, M365) •Assist other Admins with daily management and troubleshooting •Maintain documentation •Demonstrated troubleshooting, follow-through, and critical thinking skills.
