Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent combination of education, training, certifications, and relevant experience. •Up to two (2) years of experience supporting network infrastructure, telecommunications, or information technology services. •Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, switching, routing, wireless networking, DNS, and DHCP. •Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills. •Demonstrated capacity to interpret technical documentation and maintain accurate records. •Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and work independently within established procedures. •Valid driver's license and ability to travel between campus locations. •Demonstrated capacity to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and perform work in technology, telecommunications, and infrastructure environments. •Demonstrated capacity to participate in on-call rotations and occasional after-hours maintenance activities.
