Hiring: NDT Operators – 1st & 2nd Shift Company: Jobot Location: Corpus Christi, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 14:19:33 About the job Required Skills: •Operate and monitor NDT inspection equipment, including EMI, UT, and Magnetic Particle (MT/MPI) equipment. •Set up and perform inspections according to established procedures and quality standards. •Identify and evaluate material irregularities, including cracks, corrosion, discontinuities, and wall-thickness variations. •Perform manual UT prove-up inspections to verify and document material indications when required. •Accurately record inspection results, test data, and daily inspection information. •Mark, identify, and sort materials based on inspection results. •Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance. •Follow established safety, quality, and inspection procedures. Qualifications: •Previous NDT/NDE experience preferred; candidates with varying levels of experience will be considered. •Demonstrated capacity to learn and follow technical inspection procedures. •Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document inspection results. •Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read and follow technical procedures. •Basic math, reading, and writing skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work extended 12-hour shifts. •Strong commitment to safety, quality, and accuracy. •Training & Development •Approximately 1 month of training on 1st shift before transitioning to the assigned shift, as applicable. •Company-provided training and recertification as needed.
