Navy experience preferred. Required Skills: •Leadership and coordination. Inspire and align cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration to achieve mission objectives while managing stakeholder relations. •Program management. Oversee planning, execution, and risk management to deliver complex projects on time and within scope. •Technical and operational input. Integrate technical expertise and operational insight to shape M&S, engineering, and tactics solutions to meet mission needs. •Compliance and reporting. Ensure strict compliance with contractual, regulatory, and security requirements by maintaining transparent and accurate reporting. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. •Strong knowledge of M&S and Tactics development to include mission, training, and engineering simulations; fleet certification and post-mission analysis; and concept of operations (CONOPS) development. •Software development experience using languages such as C#, C++, React, Qt, Python, or MATLAB; proficiency in Agile or DevSecOps ecosystems is required. •Operational familiarity with cybersecurity policies and frameworks, including Risk Management Framework development. •U.S. Citizenship is mandatory. Candidates are required to have an active DoD Secret clearance upon hire and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment. •Knowledge of existing Navy Surface Warfare and Mine Warfare M&S tools. •Operational familiarity with Quality Management System standards (e.g., ISO 9001:2015) and Safety Program implementation. •Primary location: Panama City, FL.
