Supports strategic planning of the operational impact of releases, upgrades, planned maintenance, schedules, standard operating procedures, and business process efforts. •Provides production operation support including but not limited to period end close, year end close, and interface processing. •Prepare documentation required for end-user training. Qualifications: •Secret Clearance.
