Required Skills: •Hybrid schedule, in-office Tuesday–Thursday at our Bellevue coworking space, closest to Costco's buying teams. •Home-based with monthly travel to Seattle for in-person buyer meetings, line reviews, and business planning sessions. •Relocation assistance is available for candidates who want to relocate to the Seattle area. •Blueair's US team also gathers periodically at our Chicago hub for company-wide events (town halls, holiday celebrations); some travel there should be expected regardless of home base. We work across time zones as a global team, so some flexibility in working hours is part of the role. •Account Management & Customer Relationships •Own the day-to-day relationship with Costco's buying and merchandising teams, and be Blueair's face to one of the most influential retailers in the country. •Build and drive the account's annual plan and joint business planning strategy, shaping how Blueair shows up with Costco going forward. •Grow the relationship by spotting and pitching new distribution, assortment, and sales opportunities. Qualifications: •4–7 years of experience in retail sales, account management, or customer development. •Strong analytical skills with experience using sales, inventory, and customer performance data to drive decisions. •Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. •Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams. •Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools. •Able to travel to Seattle regularly (monthly, if not Seattle-based) and to Chicago periodically. •Operational familiarity with joint business planning, assortment planning, and promotional management.
