Ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting in compliance with GAAP, SEC, and other applicable regulatory requirements. Serve as the escalation point for reporting issues, exceptions, and complex filing matters. •20% Governance, Controls & Risk Management: Establish and maintain a robust control environment by overseeing accounting policies, reporting procedures, internal controls, and service provider oversight framework. Ensure audit readiness through effective documentation, monitoring, and testing activities while maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
