Education and experience must be in business administration, project management, office administration, or related field. Required Skills: •Gather, verify, log and file data from 259 municipalities to prepare monitoring and assessment review reports for use by division directors and supervisors, the Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner, the Legislature and other state agencies. Review and communicate DRA community action reports with the State’s municipalities. •Respond accurately and timely to phone calls, e-mails and routine letters from taxpayers, municipalities and assessing officials pertaining to municipal and property technical inquiries; distribute phone calls to appropriate personnel. •Demonstrate behavior consistent with the Department’s Code of Respect in the Workplace, and uphold the Department’s core values of respect and teamwork. Demonstrate compliance with Department policies and procedures. •Maintain strict adherence to the departmental laws and regulations pertaining to confidentiality of all tax information obtained from records, files, tax returns, and departmental investigations.
