Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field (preferred); an equivalent combination of education and extensive construction experience will be considered. •Extensive multifamily construction project experience (required). •Proven track record managing multiple large-scale, complex construction projects with values exceeding $20M+ simultaneously. •Demonstrated expertise in advanced construction technologies, including BIM, VDC, and digital project management tools. •Strong knowledge of construction industry regulations, safety standards (OSHA), quality management systems, and environmental compliance requirements. •Established network of relationships across clients, architects, engineers, trade contractors, and regulatory officials. •Proven ability to lead succession planning and professional development for field operations personnel at all levels. •Professional certifications preferred, including PMP, CCM, or additional OSHA 30-Hour credentials. •Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent Samet effectively with senior clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory officials. •Strategic thinking and superior problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple project priorities while maintaining operational excellence.
