Required Skills: •We seek to timely fulfill our commitments and asset management functions on LIHTC investments and maintain high credit quality on requests for existing loans and structured deals •Manage a team and exercise delegated approval authority for LIHTC functions such as investment oversight, capital calls, and transactions.
