You’ll play a key role in delivering consistent, mission-driven programs that strengthen communities. •The Site Director provides operational leadership for assigned YMCA school-age childcare sites. While not stationed at every location at all times, this role ensures programs run safely, remain licensing-compliant, and meet YMCA quality standards. •Supervise Lead Teachers and program staff, support enrollment and family engagement, maintain strong school partnerships, and ensure consistent practices across sites.
