Potential salary range for this role is $65k-$82k. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. •Prepare instructions and oversee purchasing systems and procedures; reviews purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy. •Lead and oversee tactical procurement in support of the sites’ production schedules, as well as purchase order releases on blanket agreements negotiated with the Viant Global Sourcing team. •Prepares management reports as required (Procurement Spend analysis/cost savings program; material and services cost reduction tracking, etc.); Tracks and updates operating/expense budget. •Procures all materials and services to necessary dock dates to ensure on-time support of site requirements •Ensures purchase orders are properly managed to insure on time delivery and proper supplier relationship management both internally and externally. •Works with Global Sourcing to develop cost reduction programs with suppliers to ensure an annual reduction is achieved per facility objectives for both common Viant materials and services working with Global Sourcing as well as indirect spend activities. Qualifications: •Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint) •Strong sales, service, and customer relationship management acumen •1–3 years of relevant customer operations, customer service, or order management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or regulated environment •Oracle or similar ERP system experience preferred •Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization •Conflict management and the ability to negotiate •Organized and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities •Highest ethical standards and professional integrity Compensation: •$65,000 - $82,000 / year •Medical, dental, and vision benefits Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
