Required Skills: •Serves a multi-skilled role involving assisting Mortgage Loan Officers. •Full-time, on-site at our Larpenteur Administrative office in Falcon Heights, MN •Assign all incoming mortgage applications daily. •Follow-up on pre-approval pipeline for Loan Officers on a weekly basis •Manage Mortgage Loan Officer’s prospect, pending and pre-purchase folders daily •Assist Mortgage Loan Officer with purchase agreement review •Manage Mortgage Sales referrals and assign to appropriate employee. •Manage the incoming and outgoing daily mail for Loan Officers Qualifications: •Minimum High School degree or equivalent. •Minimum 2-3 years similar or related financial experience. •Required to obtain or possess a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) qualifier (i.e. NMLS). •Bilingual in English and Hmong preferred •Strong verbal and written communication skills. •Computer skills including Microsoft products. •Demonstrated capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. •Knowledge of Encompass a plus. •Demonstrated capacity to sit and stand; answer calls; operate computer; interact with internal employees and members on the phone; travel to designated offices; lift up to 20 lbs. •. This range reflects the base starting salary for this position.
