Qualifications: •Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including driver-based forecasting and scenario analysis. •Knowledge of mortgage banking economics across lending and servicing, including gain on sale, cost to produce, cost of servicing, and an understanding of MSR valuation/ hedging. •Financial statement, balance sheet, and margin analysis experience. •Solid functional working knowledge of typical mortgage loan origination and servicing systems such as Encompass and MSP, and of core banking systems such as Jack Henry. •Working SQL skills and experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools. •Demonstrated capacity to explain financial results clearly to executives and non-financial partners. •Strong organization and the ability to deliver on deadline across competing priorities. •Physical demand: sedentary work that primarily involves sitting and standing. •This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
