In addition, the Mortgage Documentation Processor is responsible for reviewing and verifying that all required aspects of the loan process have been met prior to wiring funds. •Review approved loans to ensure that documents, conditions, and requirement are complete and accurate prior to funding •Review conditions for funding and identify items requiring underwriter clearance prior to or at closing •Verify and confirm all required closing documents are dated, signed, and notarized •Ensures signed loan packages meet compliance standards, addressing discrepancies as necessary •Review executed loan documents prior to disbursing funds •Calculate funding amounts for loan package, balance figures, verifies and sets up lender wire for closing •Fund loans in alignment to established timelines, regulations, and procedures per state Qualifications: •Knowledge of the Mortgage Loan process, and associated documentation. •Knowledge of final loan documents and audits for final funding. •Knowledge of regulations and laws associated with residential lending. •Knowledge of Title and Appraisals. •Demonstrated capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and meet time-sensitive deadlines with a high level of professionalism •Demonstrated capacity to determine incomplete, inaccurate, or missing information. •Demonstrated capacity to liaise with others to build internal relationships and explain needed information. •Maintain funding timelines while delivering exceptional customer service •Demonstrated capacity to follow set processes and maintain consistent standard of quality. •Strong oral and written communication skills.
