Required Skills: •Prepare mortgage insurance claims on assigned agency or investor-acquired properties. •Complete reconciliation of all advances to be included in the claim. •Validate all the necessary supporting documents needed for the claim. •Maintain clear records and reports for management regarding daily production. •Assist with updating appropriate workstations for claim payments. •Follow up and track payment of filed claims. •Conduct miscellaneous research to complete daily tasks. •Complete tasks queue and notate internal system accordingly Qualifications: •High School Diploma or equivalent required. •6 months to 1 year of experience in default mortgage servicing and/or mortgage insurance claim and/or the legal field. •Demonstrated capacity to manage time and priorities wisely. •Demonstrated capacity to make sound decisions and resolve issues. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and effectively meet deadlines. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively in writing, in person, and by telephone. •Demonstrated capacity to use Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Word. •Demonstrated capacity to maintain strict confidentiality. •Knowledge of accepted business practices in the mortgage industry and understanding of claims process preferred. •LPS-MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform) experience preferred Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •Health & Welfare Coverage: Optional medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
