In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for mold changes, machine setup, and troubleshooting. •Complete mold and tool changes on injection molding machines according to schedules and SOPs •Set up press-side assembly equipment as needed •Monitor production performance and communicate issues to supervisors •Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements Qualifications: •Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel •Demonstrated capacity to read and follow production schedules and work instructions •Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills •Demonstrated capacity to learn all assigned molds and presses •Demonstrated capacity to safely work around heavy machinery and equipment •Demonstrated capacity to work in high-temperature manufacturing conditions •Demonstrated capacity to work overtime as needed •Frequently lift and move 50+ pounds •Regular bending, stooping, reaching, and standing •Demonstrated capacity to work safely in a manufacturing environment with temperatures ranging from 90°F to 115°F Compensation: •401(k) with company contributions for every hour worked Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
