Required Skills: •Lead and supervise the MES Engineering team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management. •Drive MES-related projects and support the maintenance and enhancement of electronic batch records within the MODA-ES platform. •Develop team schedules, prioritize workloads, and proactively manage project timelines and deliverables. •Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, CAPEX, Global, and customer teams to ensure successful project execution. •Author, review, and close quality records, including deviations, CAPAs, and change controls. •Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting support, and guidance for MES applications and related systems. •Lead training initiatives for MES Engineers, Manufacturing personnel, and other key stakeholders. •5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
