Required Skills: •Develop and deploy large-scale, fault-tolerant multimodal AI experiences that serve millions of users effectively and reliably. •Design and implement multiple agent interaction modalities, including Voice AI and Deep Research, to enhance user engagement and experience. •Pioneer the creation of evaluation frameworks, tracing systems, and safety guardrails to ensure AI agents are trustworthy, responsible, and aligned with ethical standards. •Stay abreast of emerging agentic AI paradigms and convert innovative research into scalable, real-world product features. •Lead and coordinate complex, multi-team projects, ensuring seamless integration of research insights into scalable engineering solutions. •Translate complex research findings and AI system architectures into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences, including executives and cross-functional teams. •Partner cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. •Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in AI development, safety, and scalability. Qualifications: •A master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with emphasis on multimodal large language models (LLMs) and AI product development. •At least 5+ years of experience deploying large-scale machine learning models, with the most recent 2-3 years focused on building agent-based systems, multi-agent collaboration, or similar paradigms. •Proven experience developing engaging dialogue systems capable of sustaining long conversations, context-aware tool selection, and compliant response generation. •Operational familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, Agents SDK, AutoGen, and production ML infrastructure. •Strong publication record, including articles, patents, or high-impact research contributions, is a plus. •Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction across teams and present complex ideas to executive leadership.
