Required Skills: •As a Mission Manager focused on International Government, you will collaborate directly with government agencies, public sector organizations, and partners in South America •(and broader international markets as needed) to strategize, scope, and execute mission-critical AI solutions using xAI's frontier models, APIs, tools, and integrations. •No national security clearance is required for this position. •Lead problem discovery, requirements gathering, and product scoping with key South American government customers and organizations, often on-site during international assignments and travel. •Actively facilitate and support full lifecycle of engagements: from initial outreach and proposal development through solution design, prototyping, deployment, integration, and ongoing optimization. •Meet customers on-site to deploy xAI models/products in their environments, integrate with existing systems, or enable cloud-based access—working closely alongside applied engineers and technical teams. •Identify customer pain points, translate mission needs into technical specifications, and collaborate with xAI teams to customize or build LLM-powered solutions tailored to regional priorities. •Ensure solutions comply with relevant international and regional regulations (e.g., data protection, sovereignty, and ethical AI guidelines).
