Hiring: Mission Integration Specialist Company: U.S. Space Command Location: Colorado Springs, CO Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 14:19:27 Target Skills & Keywords : Security Clearance About the job Required Skills: •Provide joint targeting expertise in support of strategic and operational planning and execution in USSPACECOM mission areas to create multi-domain effects on targets to achieve CCMD objectives. •Lead the USSPACECOM targeting process through collaboration, working groups and boards. •Prepare and deliver written, targeting specific products and oral presentations such as operation order appendixes, briefings and training sessions with other staff functions and activities to secure cooperation, resolve controversial matters, and convey operational information. •In-depth knowledge of joint war fighting doctrine, unified combatant command structure, and global command and control constructs with application to joint targeting doctrine and operations. •Comprehensive understating of the Join Planning Process (JPP) and the six step targeting cycle which enables substantive contribution to operational planning teams. •Demonstrated capacity to develop and coordinate doctrinal targeting products, within the targeting community of interest, to support working groups and decision boards. •Demonstrated capacity to independently execute projects and/or studies within established time constraints. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; articulate complex issues; and maintain good working relations. Qualifications: •Position requires a TS/SCI security clearance to fully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed.
