Qualifications: •Mid-senior experience in robotics, autonomous vehicles, or industrial automation with field-deployed systems. •Strong programming skills in C++ and/or Python with testable code practices. •Applied hands-on capability in ROS2, TF/frames, bagging/replay, and distributed robotics systems. •Solid functional working knowledge of SLAM, mapping, motion planning, and sensor fusion fundamentals. •Demonstrated capacity to design validation plans (KPIs, scenario coverage, regression, root-cause analysis).
