Required Skills: •Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. •Troubleshoot, diagnose, modify, fabricate and repair mill equipment such as SAG mill, ball mills, conveyors, pumps, and piping systems. •Perform occasional welding and light fabrication. •Generate work orders; check on the status of orders, and pick up parts and supplies from warehouse. Operate heavy equipment associated with mill operations and maintenance. •Must be willing to comply with all company policies and procedures, especially with regard to Safety, Human Resources, and Environmental. •Must follow and understand MSHA rules and regulations, environmental rules and regulations, SOP and work area instructions, participates in safety and environmental activities. •Participate in Risk Assessment activities as required. •Strong oral and written communication and problem solving skills.
