Hiring: Military Outreach Director | Military Ministry Company: Engage Your Destiny Location: Camp Pendleton South, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 14:28:15 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Asana About the job Experience: •Multiple years following Christ, with ministry experience preferred. •ASANA, Google Suite, and Microsoft experience preferred. •Emotional intelligence, resilience, leadership-development, or facilitation experience •Committed follower of Jesus Christ, demonstrating a consistent life of obedience, humility, and dependence on the Holy Spirit Required Skills: •Build meaningful relationships with active-duty service members through consistent presence on a designated military installation. •Develop trusted relationships with military chaplains, commanders, unit leaders, and other key partners. •Lead and facilitate EYD ministry programs, including emotional intelligence training, ENGAGE Nights, Bible studies, discipleship, mentorship, and community events. •Disciple and mentor service members one-on-one and connect them into Christ-centered community. •Facilitate emotional intelligence, resilience, leadership, and spiritual readiness training using EYD curriculum. •Communicate the Gospel and teach biblical content in alignment with EYD theology and ministry standards. •Plan and execute military outreach events, coordinating volunteers, worship, logistics, and participant experience. •Connect service members with approved mental, emotional, spiritual, and community resources.
