Required Skills: •Develop and maintain end-to-end military munitions movement plans supporting strategic, operational, and tactical requirements. •Translate munitions requirements into executable transportation missions based on priority, destination, required delivery date, mode, capacity, and operational constraints. •Develop courses of action for routine, surge, crisis, and contested logistics scenarios. •Identify transportation capacity, infrastructure, routing, staging, transload, port, airfield, and storage requirements. •Conduct mission analysis to identify constraints, risks, dependencies, and potential points of failure. •Coordinate changes to mission plans as requirements, transportation availability, or operational priorities change. •Support deliberate and crisis-action planning for munitions distribution. •Facilitate synchronization between munitions requirements and available transportation resources. Qualifications: •Knowledge of strategic mobility and Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise processes. •Backgrounds as MOS 89A, MOS 89B, AFSC 2WX01, AFSC 2W1X1, AFSC 21M, AFSC 21R, Core Rating AO, or Core Rating GM. •Graduate of USAF Advanced Maintenance and Munitions Operations School (AMMOS), Combat Ammunition Planning and Production (CAPP) course, Senior Leader Aerial Munitions Course (SLAM-C), Ammunition Management Officer Course (AMOC), Associate Logistics Executive Development Course (ALEDC), or Maritime Advanced Warfighting School (MAWS). •Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI. •This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)). •On site at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. •At D&G Solutions, people come first; our teammates, customers, and the communities we serve •We are one of the fastest growing companies in the Washington, DC area and proud to be recognized nationally as a Best Place to Work.
