The selected candidate will adhere to a Monday through Friday schedule. •Interface directly with site leadership on strategies for accountability and setting of goals and quality. •Ensure that all Winn Military Housing Services, Lendlease and Military Partner policies, procedures, standards and reporting requirements are effectively communicated to all employees, adhered to and properly implemented and delivered accurately and timely. •Participate in site safety and environmental programs, coordinating immediate concerns and opportunities for improvement. •Be informed of personnel response and efforts during emergency situations, such as fires and floods, during and after normal business hours. •Conduct incident investigation in coordination with safety personnel and provide report and recommendations for improvement and implementation of agreed actions. Qualifications: •Associate's degree. •Extensive experience in residential maintenance management. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. •Excellent managerial skills. •Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. •This position is located at a federal facility.
