Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in technical discipline with 10+ years of healthcare IT experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. •Demonstrated track record of managing large-scale enterprise imaging data migrations. •Technical expertise in DICOM/non-DICOM extraction, metadata normalization, and data reconciliation. •Operational experience managing data retrieval strategies and achieving measurable high-volume migration throughput. •Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP) certification or related credentials. •Knowledge of federal healthcare systems (e.g., Department of Veterans Affairs, Defense Health Agency), enterprise Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA) integration, or VA Enterprise Cloud (VAEC) environments. •Master's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, or Information Technology. •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Veterans Affairs Moderate Risk Background Investigation (BI) or Public Trust clearance. •Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. •Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and engage with team members.
