Required Skills: •Develops and drives trade control strategies to enable business execution. •Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with business partners and peers. •Supports development, implementation and administration of Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) export licenses throughout the export life cycle. •Defines, develops, and implements export control processes and solutions. •Interprets and applies U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) requirements to company export activities, including CFR 15 (EAR), CFR 22 (ITAR). •Identifies trade compliance risks, escalates findings as appropriate, and develops mitigation plans. •Prepare and submit export license applications through systems such as SNAP-R and DECCS. •Provides training, guidance, and technical expertise to internal stakeholders on trade compliance requirements. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in international business, supply chain, legal studies or related field •3+ years of experience in export compliance, global trade compliance, or a related field (e.g. Program Manager, Contracts, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Logistics) •Demonstrated capacity to travel up to 10% of the time •5+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience •Trade Compliance industry specific training, e.g., ITAR, BIS, Export Controls, etc. •Background in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industry a plus Compensation: •$67,300 - $103,200 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
