Location: Huntsville, AL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-17 01:57:45 Employment Type: Full-time / On-site Target Skills & Keywords : C++, Linux, MATLAB, Microsoft Office, Secret Clearance, Systems Engineering, Systems Integration About the job Experience: •5 years of relevant engineering, analysis, test, or systems engineering experience Required Skills: •Designing, developing, and maintaining analysis tools supporting missile defense system and algorithm performance assessment •Performing complex analysis of missile defense system behavior, test data, and algorithm performance •Developing and maintaining test cases to support software integration and system integration activities •Supporting real-time HWIL testing using tactical software, hardware, and digital system representations •Applying systems engineering principles, concepts, and methods to analyze technical problems and develop practical solutions •Analyzing, documenting, and communicating test results through software and hardware test reports •Developing system requirements that support required system functionality •Supporting performance analysis, M&S, post-flight reconstruction, integration, and risk-reduction efforts as assigned Qualifications: •Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering, analysis, test, or systems engineering experience •Direct operational or test experience with the **Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS)** •Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis, data visualization, signal and data processing, electromagnetics, and/or systems engineering using MATLAB or similar tools •Demonstrated capacity to identify and analyze technical problems, conduct research, summarize results, and develop appropriate recommendations •Demonstrated capacity to develop and contribute to technical reports and briefings for a broad range of audiences •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across multiple projects and technical efforts •Demonstrated capacity to travel up to 10%, as required •Must be a U.S. Citizen •An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work.
