Hiring: Mid-Level / Senior Mobile Developer Company: Kforce Inc Location: Irving, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 23:19:25 Employment Type: Contract / Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Agile, Android, Jetpack Compose, Kotlin, REST, RESTful, Swift, SwiftUI, iOS About the job Experience: •5+ years of software engineering experience with modern mobile applications Required Skills: •Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms •Build reusable cross-platform features using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) •Develop and integrate backend services and BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) components that support mobile applications •Partner cross-functionally with product managers, UX designers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver customer-focused experiences •Contribute to architectural decisions that improve scalability, maintainability, and performance •Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality •Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentoring activities •Actively facilitate and support adoption and expansion of modern mobile platform capabilities across multiple product teams Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience •Hands-on experience developing native iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI •Hands-on experience developing native Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose •In-depth knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and mobile best practices •Strong communication and collaboration skills •Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
