Hiring: Mid-Level Quality Assurance Compliance Company: Spirit AeroSystems Location: Tulsa, OK Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 14:02:24 Target Skills & Keywords : Assembly, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, Root Cause Analysis, SAP About the job Experience: •6-9 years of experience in a quality discipline, preferably in inspection, aerospace, or manufacturing •9 years of experience in a quality discipline, preferably in inspection, aerospace, or manufacturing Required Skills: •Develop and administer directives, policies, processes and procedures to ensure compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements to assure quality system compliance. •Demonstrated capacity to plan and coordinate improvements in manufacturing (e.g. hardware and tool acceptance, variability reduction, developing key suppliers, and assembly operations, etc.). •Demonstrated capacity to perform design reviews to ensure that quality is engineered into the product and tool. Apply knowledge of engineering (e.g. manufacturing, tooling, quality, and statistics, etc.) to analyze requirements of contracts, drawings and specifications to develop plans for the application of quality disciplines to processes. •Demonstrated capacity to perform configuration audits and reviews of products, tools, and processes. Ability to compile, measure and analyze process capability data, models to perform trend analyses and risk assessments. •Skill in process improvement methodologies (i.e. root cause analysis) to plan and coordinate process improvements. •Demonstrated capacity to ensure sequenced inspection control points, create and maintain inspection accountability systems. •Demonstrated capacity to identify, evaluate, and implement preventative measures, corrective action, procedural changes, process improvements and present resultant findings. •Provide education and coaching on the Quality Management System and Manufacturing Verification Process.
