You'll help shape and build how we win. •Responsibilities: •Development of cost proposals, both the pricing models as well as the cost volume narrative, paying careful attention to key strategies and tactical assumptions. •Advise internal clients on risk mitigation and development of winning price strategies. •Ensure the final cost proposal's compliance with Governmental regulations, including CAS, FAR and DFARS; Corporate policies and procedures; and specific requirements in each of the client's solicitations. •Coordinate the development of the cost volume with contributing sources with Management at all levels, and with other Functional Areas including Capture Management, Business Development, Contracts, Finance, Procurement, HR/Compensation, and technical personnel. •Help lead or assist in the development of pricing strategy aligned to win themes, competitive positioning, and customer priorities. •Support Financial Analysis and cash flow development •Manage the cost proposal schedule to ensure production milestones, management/risk reviews and a compliant, professional product are completed in a timely manner. •Provide support for subcontract solicitations and contract negotiations. •Assist with internal and DCAA/DCMA reviews, and support audits and/or customer fact findings. •Assist Pricing management with training, cost proposal review, policy compliance initiatives and the review and refinement of policies, procedures, and toolsets.
